• From Members and Authorized Users that submit, upload, connect, or otherwise make information available through the Services.

Children Under the Age of 18

The Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information. Information You or a Member Provides to Us

The information provided directly to us or through the Services may include:

• Account and profile information. Names, business contact information, employer, title, role, login credentials, organization information, and other information used to establish and administer Member Accounts and Authorized User access.
• Member-provided data. Information, data, content, records, files, contacts, and other materials submitted, uploaded, connected, integrated, or otherwise made available by a Member or its Authorized Users, including information relating to employees, customers, prospects, business contacts, and other third parties.
• Communications. Records and copies of correspondence, including email addresses and the content of communications, if you contact us.
• Survey and feedback information. Responses to surveys, feedback requests, and other research or product-development communications.
• Transaction information. Information relating to subscriptions, purchases, invoices, and payments. Payment card information may be collected and processed by third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, and we may receive related transaction information.
• Search and interaction information. Search queries, selections, preferences, and other information you provide when using the Services.

Information We Obtain from Third-Party and Public Sources

Because the Services provide sales intelligence, we may collect and combine information from third-party and public sources. Depending on the source and the relevant individual or company, this information may include:

• Business and professional contact information, such as name, business email address, business telephone number, employer, title, role, department, and professional profile information.
• Company information, including industry, size, location, business activities, products, services, and other firmographic information.
• Professional relationships, affiliations, and other information that may help identify connections or potential paths to relevant business contacts.
• Publicly available news, events, announcements, and other information relating to companies, industries, or business professionals.
• Other information made available by third-party data providers or through integrations enabled by a Member or Authorized User.

We may analyze and combine the information described above to generate inferences and sales intelligence, such as potential purchasing interest, company or contact rankings, likely decision-making roles, relationship paths, recommendations, and similar insights. These inferences may not always be accurate or complete.

• To combine, analyze, organize, and derive insights from Member-provided information, third-party data, public information, and other information available through the Services.
• To develop, test, improve, and enhance the Services, including features, analytics, algorithms, models, and recommendations, and to create aggregated or de-identified information for our business purposes.
• To process subscriptions and transactions, administer credits or usage limits, and carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from contracts.
• To communicate with you about your account, the Services, support requests, product updates, and other administrative matters.
• To protect the security, integrity, and availability of the Services; prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with legal obligations.
• For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time information is collected or with your consent.

• To Members and Authorized Users. Professional and business contact information, company information, sales intelligence, and related information may be made available to our business customers and their Authorized Users as part of the Services.

• To subsidiaries and affiliates. To our subsidiaries and affiliates for purposes consistent with this policy.

Authorized Users may be able to review and change certain account information through the Services. Members may also manage certain information associated with their Member Account and Authorized Users.

If your information appears in the Services but you do not have an account with us, you may also contact us at that address. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and certain information may be retained where permitted or required by law.

Your State Privacy Rights

State consumer privacy laws may provide residents with additional rights regarding personal information. Depending on the law that applies to you, these rights may include the right to request access to or a copy of personal information, correction, deletion, or portability, and the right to opt out of certain processing or disclosures that are treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law.
